Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with Hunter Valley Ridendine you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Hunter Valley Ridendine to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Wait Time

Wine Tours: Hunter Valley Ridendine offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (15) minutes upon arrival at the scheduled pick-up location. Any additional time added as a result of wait time may be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $20.00 per fifteen (15) minutes if the schedule drop-off time is later as a result.

Local, valley and Airport Connects: Hunter Valley Ridendine offers a 10 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your driver will wait a further 10 minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.

Cancellation and “No-Show” Policy

Hunter Valley Ridendine requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

24 hours: Local, Valley and Airport Connects

48 hours: Hunter Valley winery tours

All cancellations made outside of these times will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

ALL “No shows” will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Changes to your booking: Hunter Valley Ridendine requires minimum 3 hours notice (prior to scheduled pick-up time) for ANY amendments to a booking.

Rates

Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on distance to pick up and destination, and type of service (as listed above).

Please note that rates include GST, tolls, parking and levies, but excludes additional costs associated with cellar door and restaurant bookings. (All additional fees requested post trip).

Payment Methods

Hunter Valley Ridendine accepts direct transfer prior to service date; payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express prior to service date or in-ride prior to commencement of the ride; cash prior in ride prior to commencement of service. Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for regular travellers. Please contact us for further information.
